The points balance held by a user of the website is extinguished and canceled in the event of any violation of these terms and conditions or when the user no longer is using the website.

4.5 The points balance that the user has received in his account, which is managed by Beticious and is accessible from the website, can increase as a result of the user making bets on sporting events and competitions that appear on the website, subject to the conditions of each of them, although exclusively on these sports.

4.6 Additionally, this balance can be increased by the promotions that Beticious website implements at any time.  For example, by participating in trade promotions, registering on other websites or inviting friends to play in our website but participants are not allowed to pay referrals to sign up at the website or force any kind of activity. These additional means to increase the point balance of the user will be regulated by the conditions that Beticious publishes on the website at any time.

4.7 The balance of points will decrease by the consumption of the the user points held as a result of sports betting to perform or be exchanged for gifts that are advertised on the website and the value is attributed points the concrete gift that is exchanged, according to the information appearing on the site.

4.8 Points from one account can be canceled and the account deleted from Beticious when the user does not follow the terms and conditions, Beticious is in this case no way responsible for compensating the user.  4.9 The points are personal and of the user and his account and may not be assigned ,transferred, spread, encumbered in any way, neither on a free basis or with a cost, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly. Points can`t be transferred between accounts, even if the registered user holds both accounts.

4.10 A user may only have one account, so the Beticious website reserves the right to prevent participation on the website if someone is in violation of this prohibition.

4.11 The Users of the website are encouraged and advised to act in accordance with current law and the jurisdiction where they are domiciled and / or reside. The Beticious website knows the current law and will not assume any responsibility of its implementation, including the eventual taxation of the users. 4.17 Any international shipment of a gift will be sent in that capacity labeling.
