• 1. MANAGEMENT MARKET "IN PLAY".

If a market is not going to be manageable "in play", but Beticious does not suspend it at the right time, if the event is scheduled start time, all bets after that time will be canceled.

If the event has a no scheduled start time, Beticious use his trial to establish a start time, and all bets after the time marked by Beticious will be void.

The users should note that the live transmissions can actually be delayed or even pre-recorded. The delay in the reception may vary depending on the means by which we receive images and / or data.
The starting time is provided in the Information Market. Beticious does not guarantee that these markets will be suspended and reactivated in the game the starting time.

 In the case of a match reported to be under suspicion of any manipulation by our Fraud Detection System, we reserve the right to void any market.

In the case of any obviously incorrect displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out com-pared to the market average.

For VIP bets if not expressly stated, the extensions are not included in the betting

In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime. In the case of the general implied rules of a sport being violated, we reserve the right to void any market (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match …)

• 2. RESULTS AND THE SETTLEMENT OF MARKETS

The markets will be settled as indicated in the following market information. If the Market Information or the specific sport rules do not specify the rules to establish a market, the market will settle on the official result dictated by the relevant regulatory body regardless of subsequent disqualifications or adjustments to the result (unless the adjustment is made within 24 hours after the initial decision and amend the case of an error in the initial information).

If there is no opinion by an official body, the result will be determined by Beticious (acting responsibly) with information from independent sources.

In case of doubt regarding the result or the outcome, Beticious reserves the right to terminate the settlement of the market for a unlimited period of time until that doubt is resolved satisfactorily. Beticious reserves the right to cancel a market if doubts about the settlement can`t be resolved satisfactorily.

The markets tend to settle shortly after the end of the event. Sometimes Beticious and for the benefit of its users, settle (total or partially) some markets before the results are made ​​public. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Beticious reserves the right to modify market settlement if the official result was different from that used to seat Beticious a market (for example, if the result in a horse race was modified by a relevant shortly after the race, but before getting the official result) or (ii) cancel the entire market (eg due to abandonment).

• 3. ABANDONMENT, CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT

All information provided by Beticious is provided in good faith. Beticious accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions relating to fees, runners, times, results or general statistics.

Beticious reserves the right to correct any errors and to take reasonable steps to ensure that markets are managed with integrity and transparency.

If a market is not suspended at the right time, Beticious reserves the right to cancel all bets affected.

If the market would have a list of names or wrong teams (excluding errata), or if a wrong number of teams contenders or results, or if a market is loaded using incorrect information or obvious errors (eg erroneous exposure Algor) Beticious reserves the right to suspend the market (while acting in good faith) and cancel all bets made.

• 8. SPECIFIC SPORT RULES

1. FOOTBALL

All markets will be settled on the result including the additional time

2. ATHLETICS

3. BASEBALL

4. BASKETBALL
Bets are settled on the final result, including overtime, unless the market information indicates the contrary, the case of an unconditional market or directed by these regulations. 

In VIP matches we reserve the right to void betting if: 

A  match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48 hours after initial kick-off date.

Odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 2 minutes).

Markets  remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices

In VIP bets the name of the local and  Visitor  team are invested

5. BOXING

All markets on a particular fight will be settled according to the official results dictated by the relevant regulatory body regardless of subsequent disqualifications or changes unless the changes are announced within 24 hours from the initial settlement and were due to errors in counting points or initial information on the result).

If a boxer withdraws before the start of a fight, does not answer to the bell or is disqualified for any reason in the fight, the bout is considered completed at the end of the previous fight.
If a boxer is disqualified, he will be considered the loser.

• 6. CYCLING

• 7. GOLF

Beticious does not implement reduction factor when a horse is not involved, therefore betting on horses not involved are considered lost bets.

• 9. MOTOR

If a race is abandoned and no podium position or official result is decided all bets on that race will be canceled

If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48 h after initial kick - off.

For bets on the number of cards, users should note that Red cards are worth two

• 12. TENNIS

If a player or partner withdraws or is disqualified during a match before the end, the player or pair that can through to the final (or are winning the tournament in case of a final) will be named the winner. • 15. VOLEYBALL

We reserve the right to void betting if:

• 16. BEACH VOLEYBALL

We reserve the right to void betting if:
