2.  To use this website as a user, you must first register as a member through the registration page. Prior to the delivery of gifts, the user is asked to submit contact information (name, address and email address). For this reason we reserve the right to request documentation verifying the age of any user or the user and to suspend the account until the receipt of such documentation. Anyone minor who is found involved in Beticious will lose all points earned.

14. However, Beticious reminds Internet users that it is not always as secure as one would expect or that it seems. While Beticious can`t prevent that the user may suffer some kind of incident in their use of Internet, Beticious takes maximum precautions in their operations and systems to prevent, where possible malfunctions. However, Beticious can do nothing to preserve the confidentiality of data of a particular user that does not take care if the the confidentiality of their username and password are exposed.
